Mishkan Leadership Solution Private

Our small office is tucked away in Tilottama Abasan on Sheikhpara Road. It is a residential part of the neighborhood, which makes Mishkan Leadership Solution feel a bit different from your typical city office. We are based in the Bottala Brahmapur area of Kolkata, and it is a pretty quiet place to work. We don't have a massive sign on the street or a fancy lobby. It is really just a functional space where we can focus on our projects. We deal with leadership solutions, but we don't like to use those complicated words that people usually hear in big corporate meetings. We prefer to talk like regular people and just get to the point. Most of our day involves being on the phone or working through spreadsheets and documents. The office consists of a few rooms that we have set up with everything we need to stay productive. It can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in at once, especially since we have quite a few books and files taking up space. Being in North Parganas gives us a bit of a break from the heavy traffic of central Kolkata. We show up every morning, check our emails, and work through whatever is on the schedule for that day. It isn't a glamorous life, but it is our business and we take a lot of pride in just doing a good, honest day’s work for our clients.
