Our place is at 89, Purbasinthi Lane, right in the Dumdum area of Kolkata. We’ve been running Mfar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for a good bit now. It’s a typical local setup where we handle all the details for our building projects. Construction is one of those jobs where you’re always dealing with something unexpected, whether it’s the weather or a late delivery. We just take it as it comes. Being in Dumdum means we are close to a lot of our regular sites. We don’t go in for flashy office furniture or big slogans. We’d rather just show people the work we’ve actually finished. Most of our day is spent checking on progress and making sure the workers have what they need. It gets pretty loud and dusty sometimes, but that’s just construction for you. We keep our records here on Purbasinthi Lane and use it as our main base. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow over the years, and we’ve had a hand in some of that. It feels good to see a building go up from nothing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that people can rely on to show up and do the job. We know the local streets and the way things work around here, which helps get things done.
