We handle a lot of different building projects from our office here at 408/21 Asokenagar. It’s right in the Maniktala area, on K. N. Roy Road. We’ve been operating Mfar Constructions Pvt. Ltd. for a while now, mostly focusing on getting jobs done correctly without a lot of fuss. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we manage the paperwork and meet with crews before heading out to the sites. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always something going on nearby. Dealing with construction in Kolkata means you have to be ready for the heat and the rain, which we are. We keep our tools and plans organized so that when a project starts, we know exactly what we are doing. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finish up a specific phase of a build, but that is just how the industry works. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we do on-site. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the structures we put up are solid. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve spent many years learning how to navigate the local rules and getting the right materials delivered to Asokenagar.
