We are based at 1/197 in the Naktala area of Kolkata. Mfar Construction has had this office for a good bit of time. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. The office itself is pretty plain, just some chairs and tables and stacks of papers related to our current builds. We aren't really looking to impress anyone with a shiny lobby or anything. We’d rather spend that time and money on getting the right equipment for the sites. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on the progress of various walls and foundations. It is a lot of grinding work, honestly. Kolkata is a busy city and getting around to all the different sites can take half the day sometimes. We just focus on getting the tasks finished. We don’t have a big mission statement or any of that talk. We just build things. If you walk by our place in Naktala, you might see us drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings. We’ve been around the block a few times so we know how to handle the typical delays and issues that pop up in this industry. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s a local business and we treat it like one. We just try to get things right.
