Mfar Construction (P) Ltd is located at 80/A, Bhupen Bose Avenue in Kolkata, West Bengal. We are right in the heart of the city, which means things are always moving fast around our office. The building is an older one, typical for this part of town, with a lot of character and maybe a bit of peeling paint here and there. We’ve been operating from 700004 for a long time now. Most of our work involves the actual nuts and bolts of putting buildings together. We don't spend much on advertising because we are usually too busy with the projects we already have. The heat in Kolkata during the summer can be tough, but the crew is used to it. We keep a lot of our equipment stored nearby and the office is where the planning happens. It’s a lot of checking drawings and making sure we have enough laborers for the next phase. Mfar Construction (P) Ltd is a practical outfit. We don't have a lot of meetings about "visions" or anything; we just talk about what needs to be done by Friday. Sometimes we have tea together at the end of a shift and talk about the next job. It's a simple way to run a company, but it works for us. We just want to do a decent job and move on to the next one.
