It’s a bit quieter than the main city of Kolkata, which we mostly prefer. The street can get a bit narrow, so getting the big trucks in can be a real test of the drivers' skills. We’ve been working in this area for quite some time. Our team is made up of local people who know the neighborhoods and the type of soil we’re building on. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of marketing stuff. Most of our clients just know us from seeing our sites around Hooghly. Mfar Construction Co. Ltd is basically just a group of workers and a few people to handle the bills and the permits. We spend a lot of time on-site, making sure things are going the way they should. It gets dusty and loud, but that’s construction for you. We just try to be reliable and get the walls up without too much trouble.
