Meghalaya Cements Limited

Working out of the Manjaree Apartment in Kolkata is where we spend our days at Meghalaya Cements Limited. We are specifically located in Baguihati, over in the Ashwininagar and Pubali area. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it doesn't feel like those big cold offices downtown. Our flat is number 2/4. It is where we handle the books and talk to people about their orders. Kolkata is a crowded city, and our little corner is no different. We have lived and worked in this area for quite some time now. There is a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten quite good at ignoring it while we work. We aren't a big flashy company. We just provide cement to those who need it for their building projects. The stairs up to the flat are a bit narrow, and sometimes the power goes out, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing down numbers. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We know the local shops around here well. When someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around the neighborhood. We don't have any big signs or posters. Just the name on the door and the work we do inside. That seems to be enough for the folks we deal with regularly. It is just a normal business in a normal apartment.
