Mars Plywood Industries is located at 30 C.R. Avenue. We are on the first floor. It is an old building, but it serves our purposes well enough. Being on the first floor means we don’t have to climb too many stairs, which is nice when we are moving samples around. The street outside is always humming with noise and people going about their business. Inside, we have our office where we handle all the plywood business. There is usually a bit of dust because that’s just how it is when you work with wood products. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and making sure the shipments are on track. It’s not a very quiet job, but we like the pace of it. The office is filled with stacks of papers and various wood samples leaning against the walls. We’ve been at this for a while now. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are a private limited company on paper. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We prefer it this way, keeping things down to earth. C.R. Avenue is a central place to be, so it’s easy for people to reach us, though the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. We just keep our heads down and get the work done, day in and day out. There is always a lot to keep track of.
