Marks Housing Private Limited is located in the Baguiati area of Kolkata. We are in Sri Niketan Apartment, which is at 65 Sikanto Park. Our office is on the 3rd floor, in Room No.-3B. The area around Prafulla Kanan is always very busy with people and traffic. It is a typical Kolkata neighborhood. To get to our office, you have to walk up to the third floor, which keeps us a bit active. The room itself is not very big, but it is enough for our desks and all the housing documents we have to keep. It is a simple setup with a few fans and some old chairs. We do not have a lobby or a fancy sign. It is just a quiet place where we do our daily work. We usually have the windows open, and you can hear the sounds of the city coming in from the park outside. We drink a lot of tea from the local stall downstairs. It is a small team and we all know each other well. There is no corporate talk here. We just sit around the table, look at the files, and decide what needs to be done next. It feels like a real, local business because that is exactly what it is. We have been in this apartment for a while now and it has become our second home. It is a practical and honest place to work.
