We’ve been at 162 B on the second floor of A J C Bose Road for a while now. Marinecraft Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our days, dealing with mechanical stuff and trying to keep everything running right. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get our hands dirty with different engineering tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside on Bose Road gets really loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We handle a lot of different projects, mostly things that need a steady hand and some common sense. People usually come to us when they have something that broke or needs a specific part made. My desk is covered in blueprints and old coffee mugs, which is pretty much how the rest of the shop looks too. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes in and go home feeling okay about what we finished. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but they keep us moving. We’ve got a small crew here, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s mostly about solving problems as they pop up throughout the week. We don’t spend much time on fancy meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the machines and the metal. That's really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
