Ghosh Travels

Our office is at 46 Raja Dinendra Street in Maniktala. It is an old part of the city, and the building has that classic feel to it. We handle a lot of travel bookings. There are maps pinned to the walls and stacks of train schedules on the counter. Maniktala is a busy area, especially during the market hours. You can hear the trams and the honking from the street all day long. We have a couple of desks where we sit with customers to figure out their trips. It is mostly about finding the right timing and the right price. People come in with their families to plan holidays. Sometimes they just want a bus ticket to the next town. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years. It used to be all paper, now it is mostly digital, but we still keep the big ledgers. The air in the office is a bit thick with the smell of old paper and street dust. We have a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit but it keeps us cool. It is a family-run kind of place. We know most of the people who walk by the window. Raja Dinendra Street is always full of life. We just try to get everyone where they need to go without too much trouble. It is a simple life of tickets and schedules.
