Management Trainee

This spot at 145, Housing Board Colony is where we are based. It’s right on Jharsa Road, not far from Jyoti Hospital, so it’s a pretty easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in Gurgaon means things are always moving fast, but our little corner in the colony feels a bit more grounded. We operate under the name Management Trainee, and it’s mostly about learning the ropes and keeping the daily operations running smoothly. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our work. You can usually hear the traffic from Jharsa Road, but inside we just focus on getting through the paperwork. We aren't a big outfit, so everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. One minute you might be filing, and the next you’re answering a query or checking on a delivery. It’s the kind of place where you learn something new every week because things are always changing. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to stay sensible and make sure the job gets finished. It’s a practical way to work, and we like being in this part of the city. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’re just glad to have a steady place to call our own while we work.
