Our office is on the 4th floor at 94 Phears Lane in Bowbazar. It’s right in the heart of Kolkata, and if you know this city, you know how busy Bowbazar can be. The building is one of those older ones with a lot of character and history. We are up on the fourth floor, so we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people, vendors, and rickshaws. We handle sales and logistics from here. It’s a bit of a tight space inside, but we make it work for us. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and talking to various suppliers. It’s noisy and chaotic outside, but inside we just try to keep things moving along. We’ve been in this location for quite some time now. We know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch when we have a minute. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We are just a group of regular people working together to run this business. It’s not always easy with the traffic and the humidity, but it’s what we do. If you can navigate the narrow lanes of Bowbazar, you’ll find our door soon enough. We just stay focused on the orders and making sure everything is counted correctly. It is just a normal office routine for us in this part of Kolkata.
