At Mahindra Logistics, we operate from a slightly different kind of location than you might expect. We are based in Flat No-547 at Rail Vihar, which is in the East Kolkata Township. The pin code is 700107. Being in a residential township means it is a bit quieter than a big industrial park, which we actually quite like. It feels more like a community here. Kolkata is a huge, bustling city, so having our office in Rail Vihar gives us a bit of breathing room. The office itself is just a regular flat that we have set up for our work. It is not a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. It is just a place where a few of us sit with our computers and phones to get things organized. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to us being around. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, or the rain makes getting to the township a bit of a challenge, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy signs on the door. We just do our logistics work day by day. It is a small, dedicated team and we know each other well. We don't feel the need for big speeches or polished presentations. We are just here in East Kolkata, doing what we do and trying to stay on top of things.
