If you ever find yourself in Aurobindo Nagar, you might pass by 1/5 where we are located. Madhya Kalikata Shilapangan has been in this spot for quite a bit. It’s a local place, and we know most of the people around here. The street isn't very wide, so it can get a bit cramped sometimes. Our workspace is pretty humble. We do things a certain way here, mostly because it’s how we’ve always done it. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a simple room with the tools we need. We spend our days working on whatever is on the schedule. Sometimes we lose track of time when things get busy. The neighbors are friendly, and we often chat with them during breaks. Aurobindo Nagar has its own charm, even if it’s a bit messy at times. We don’t really worry about making everything look perfect. As long as the work gets done, we’re okay with it. Madhya Kalikata Shilapangan is just a small part of this community. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but we’re still here at 1/5 doing our thing. It’s a practical life, and we don’t ask for much else. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of the time we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs fixing next.
