You can find us up on the fourth floor of 2 Raja Woodmunt Street. We’re right near that big flyover on Brobourne Road. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We sell all sorts of novelty items and small goods. The shelves are pretty packed with stuff. It’s not a fancy showroom. It feels more like a warehouse where you can actually buy things. We get a lot of shopkeepers coming by to pick up stock for their own stores. The traffic near the flyover is always a mess, so we hear the horns all day long. We've been in this building for quite a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we keep bringing in new items. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for years. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We handle the sales, the packing, and the cleaning ourselves. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person to come up. Other days, we’re running around trying to find a specific item a customer saw months ago. It’s just a regular business in a busy part of Kolkata. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the shop going and making sure we have what people want. It’s a bit dusty but we like it here. The view of the street below is always interesting.
