So, this is the Macawber Beekay Pvt. Ltd spot out in Kalyani. We’re tucked away in the New Building, specifically Flat No. C-1/B-12. It’s a quiet enough area in the Nadia district, which is nice compared to the rush of New Delhi where the main office sits. Getting here to West Bengal wasn't a quick move, but here we are. The flat isn't huge, but it fits what we need for the daily grind. You have to look for the Rhe, Cat-Iii section to find the right door. Sometimes the mail gets confused because the address is a bit long, but we manage. We spend a lot of time on the computers here. The weather gets pretty humid, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We have a kettle for making tea, which is basically essential for us to keep going through the afternoon. Usually, it’s just a few of us handling the local side of things. It feels more like a home office than a big business branch. We don't do much fancy talking here. We just handle the files and make sure things move along. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the exercise is probably good for us. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty peaceful during the workday most of the time.
