Luz Realty Private Limited is based at 888/2 in the Madhurdah area. We are part of the East Kolkata Tower Project. It is an interesting part of town that has been changing quite a lot lately. Our office is a straightforward space where we deal with all the reality side of things. We have been at this address for a bit, watching the towers go up nearby. It is not always the quietest place with all the construction and movement around the project site, but we are used to it. We spend our hours talking to people about homes and land. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of tables, some chairs, and a lot of documents stacked up. It is not the kind of place with marble floors or fancy art. It is a working office. We like being in Madhurdah because it feels like we are right in the middle of where things are happening. Every day brings something different, whether it is a new inquiry or just sorting out some old records. We try to keep things honest and clear with everyone who walks through the door. It is just us here, working through the daily grind. We know the streets around the tower project like the back of our hand now. It is a busy place, but it is where we belong and we enjoy the work we do.
