We operate out of Ramkrishnapally in the Batanagar area. It’s under the Maheshtala Thana in Kolkata. Love Lock Services Pvt Ltd is the name on the door, but most people just know us as the local office down the road. It’s a bit of a trek from the city center, but it’s where we’ve always been located. The building is simple, nothing fancy about it. We have a few rooms filled with desks and some old chairs. It gets pretty humid here, especially in the summer months, so the fans are always on full blast. We handle various service tasks from this location. There’s usually a lot of paperwork scattered around the office. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes in. Most of the staff live right here in Batanagar, so we’ve known each other for a long time. It feels more like a small family than a company sometimes. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the local news while we work through the day. The office is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical space for practical people. We don't put on any acts for visitors who come by. What you see is exactly what we are. We just focus on the job and try to keep things moving along smoothly for everyone who needs our help.
