Logiwiz Logistics India Pvt. Ltd is situated at 8/97A, Bijoygarh in the Jadavpur area of Kolkata. If you know this part of the city, you know it is full of life and narrow streets. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We handle logistics, which in our case means a lot of local distribution and managing how goods move through the state. Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we’ve had to learn how to work with it, especially with the traffic and the monsoon rains. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every single corner, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and warehouse people. It’s a hands-on job and we don’t mind getting a bit of dust on our shoes. We started this place because we saw a need for someone who actually knows the local routes in West Bengal. We don’t use any big corporate slogans or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who know how to move stuff from one point to another. The tea at the corner shop is where we usually have our unofficial meetings. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment and we like it that way. We spend a lot of time checking logs and making sure the trucks are on schedule.
