Logistics 21 Pvt.Ltd. operates out of a flat in the C.I.T. Employee’s Housing Society on Bagmari Road in Kolkata. Specifically, we are in Flat No. A2/5 at number 34. It’s a bit of a different setup since it’s within a residential society, which makes it feel much more like a local neighborhood business than a big corporate office. Being in the 700 054 area, we’re surrounded by families and local shops, so there’s always a bit of life around us. We deal with various logistics tasks from this small base. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and managing schedules for different movements across the city. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and computers, but we make it work. We don’t have a fancy sign outside or a big reception area. Most of the people we work with know us personally, so they just come up to the flat when they need something. It can get quite humid in the summer, and the ceiling fans are always going at full speed. We don’t try to sound like a big multinational company because we aren’t one. We’re just a group of people working out of a housing society to keep things moving. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just focus on the daily grind and try to keep things moving without any extra fluff.
