Our place is at 124A/1 on Raja S. C. Mullick Road, right near Garia More. If you know that intersection, you know how busy it gets. Login Eye has been here for a while, tucked into this part of the city. We handle a lot of technical tasks, mostly centered around security and monitoring setups. People walk in off the street because they’re worried about their shops or homes. We show them the different cameras and how the wiring looks. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a working office where we test out the lenses and the recording boxes. The noise from Garia More is constant, but we like being where the action is. We spend our time explaining how the recorders work or helping someone reset a password they forgot. It’s a lot of small details that need to be right. We don’t have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute we’re answering the phone and the next we’re climbing a ladder to check a connection. People in this part of Kolkata are usually in a hurry, so we try to get things sorted out as fast as we can. It’s a regular shop for regular people. We keep the lights on and the gear ready for whoever needs to secure their space. It's just a practical business running in a very busy area. We don't really do fancy marketing, just fix things as they come.
