Lloyd Insulations (India) Ltd. has been over here on Roy Bahadur Road for a good while now. It's a busy part of Behala and we spend most of our mornings just getting the inventory sorted before the traffic really kicks in outside. The heat in Kolkata is no joke, especially during the monsoon months when everything gets sticky. We deal with all sorts of insulation materials to keep buildings a bit more manageable when the sun is beating down on the roofs. Our office is just a regular place, nothing fancy to look at, but we get the work done. People come in asking about ways to keep their sheds or factories cooler. We usually just sit down and figure out what might work best for their specific setup. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow turns nearby, but we manage somehow. It’s mostly just a lot of paperwork and making sure the rolls of material are ready for transport. The staff here knows the neighborhood well. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years, but we’re still here at 75/A. It gets a bit noisy with the local traffic, yet we’ve gotten used to it. We don't really do the big fancy presentations, just honest talk about what insulation can actually do for a ceiling or a pipe. It's steady work and we try to keep things organized despite the humidity. That’s pretty much how we run things here in this part of the city.
