Leverage Capital Pvt. Ltd. is based at 4 Synagogue Street, in Suit No. 803. It's an older part of town with a lot of character, and we're up on the eighth floor where it's a bit quieter than the street below. We deal with money matters and investments, so there's a lot of staring at spreadsheets and talking on the phone with clients. The office isn't very big, but it fits our small team just fine. We have a lot of files and some old monitors that still work perfectly well, so we keep using them. Working on Synagogue Street means we are right in the middle of a lot of history, though we spend most of our time looking at current numbers. Sometimes the days get long when the markets are moving fast, and we end up eating lunch at our desks. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, if you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. It's an honest way to work, and we prefer it that way. We've been in Suit No. 803 for a good while, so we've gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the way the windows rattle a bit when the wind is high. We just focus on doing our jobs and keeping track of the capital we manage for people who trust us with their business.
