Leven Wealth Nidhi Limited

We are over here in South 24 Parganas, specifically in Fatepur village near the Falta area. Sukamal Halder’s place is where we set up our little office for Leven Wealth Nidhi Limited. It’s a pretty quiet spot, really. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and the local folks who stop by to ask questions. Most people know us around here because we’ve lived in this district for a long time. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or shiny floors. It's just a regular building where we handle the Nidhi business. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, but we just wait it out or use the handheld lights. People walk in from the village and the post office is right nearby, so it’s convenient. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s mostly about managing the local savings and keeping the records straight for everyone involved. We don't do big ads in the papers. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us while they are out walking. The road to Falta is always busy with trucks, but our corner is usually okay. We sit around the wooden desks, talk to whoever comes in, and try to get the work done before it gets too dark. It’s not a corporate skyscraper thing with elevators. We use ledger books and a couple of computers too. It gets a bit dusty because of the road traffic. We just try to be useful to the people in Fatepur.
