We operate out of Trinayana Apartment at 247 Lake Gardens. Our office is on the first floor, tucked away at the backside. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads of Kolkata. Being packers and movers, we do not spend all our time in the office. Most of the guys are out on the field, wrapping up furniture or loading boxes into trucks. The office is where we do the bookings and handle the questions. It is a pretty basic setup with a few desks and a lot of packing materials like tape and bubble wrap lying around. We have been in the Lake Gardens area for a long time. People around here know us when they see our trucks. Moving house is a stressful thing for people, so we see a lot of worried faces. We just try to stay calm and get the job done. We are not a huge corporation with fancy uniforms. We are just a local crew that knows how to pack a truck so nothing breaks. Sometimes we run out of boxes or the traffic in Kolkata makes us late, but we always show up. It is a lot of physical work and long days. We use a lot of manual labor and basic tools. We like being in this part of town because it is easy to get to different neighborhoods from here. It is just a regular local business doing what we know how to do.
