Larsen & Toubro Ltd(Ecc Division)

Our office is over in Agya Nagar, at house number 105. Bilaspur is a decent place to work, even if it gets really hot during the summer months. This branch of the ECC division is just a small team of us. We don’t have a fancy glass building; it’s more like a regular house that we’ve turned into an office space. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of storage for our equipment and papers. It’s easy to find us if you know the neighborhood. People around here are friendly, and we usually go out for lunch at the local spots nearby. We’ve been in Chhattisgarh for a while now, handling whatever comes our way. The office is pretty simple. We have a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. It isn't the kind of place where you need to wear a suit every day. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. We don’t really bother with big speeches or mission statements. We just want to finish our work properly and go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it seems to work out just fine for everyone here. The neighborhood kids sometimes play cricket in the street outside our gate. It makes the place feel like a community. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the engineering. There isn't much more to it than that.
