This part of the business is based out in Bhabla, which is near Basirhat in the North 24 Parganas district. It’s a more rural setting compared to the big city offices. Santo Ghosh looks after things here. We are located right in the village area, and it's a pretty quiet spot most of the time. The work we do here is focused on the local needs of the company’s sub-contracting or supply chain side. It’s a very local operation. We don’t have a big flashy sign out front. Most people in the village just know where the office is by word of mouth. It's a simple setup, really. We handle a lot of the local coordination and making sure the supplies or labor needed for projects are moving correctly. Being in West Bengal, the weather can get pretty humid, and during the monsoon, things slow down a bit on the roads, but we keep the office going. It’s a humble place, just a room with some desks and chairs where we sort out the paperwork and keep track of the site requirements. We aren’t doing anything fancy, just the basic work that needs to be done every day to keep the larger projects supported. It’s a long way from the main hub, but it’s an important link for us in this part of the country. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the local coordination that keeps everything running smoothly.
