Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Ecc Division, Edrc.

Our office is located at 41 J.L. Nehru Road, right near the Jeevan Deep Building in Kolkata. We are the Edrc-Kolkata branch of Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Ecc Division. This part of the city is always moving, and there is a lot of history in the buildings around us. We are on a busy stretch of road, so there is constant noise from the yellow taxis and buses outside. Inside, it’s a bit more organized, but still very busy. We have a lot of people working on designs and engineering plans here. The pin code is 700071. It’s a central location which makes it easier for us to get around the city when we need to. The building itself has that old Kolkata feel to it. We don't have any of those modern glass walls; it’s more about solid rooms and lots of documents. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The staff here is mostly focused on the technical side of things for the ECC division. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours over drawing boards and computers. It’s not a place meant for showing off. We just have a job to do and we do it from this corner of Nehru Road. It’s a bit crowded and the air conditioning struggles sometimes in the humidity, but we get our work done regardless. It’s a steady place for the team to gather every morning.
