Our office for Lagoon Properties Llp is right on Shakespeare Sarani, which is always a hive of activity. We’re in Jasmine Tower, specifically Room 305 on the 3rd floor. If you’ve ever tried to find parking around here, you know it’s a bit of a nightmare, but the building itself is easy enough to spot once you’re on the street. It’s a typical commercial building with a lot of different businesses sharing the space. Up on the third floor, things are a bit more focused. We spend our time going through property records and meeting with folks who have questions about real estate in the city. The room isn’t huge, but it fits everything we need—desks, filing cabinets, and a small table for meetings. You can hear the traffic from Shakespeare Sarani down below if the windows are open, which they usually aren't because of the dust and the noise. We’ve been here for some time now, so the routine is pretty set. We get in, check the messages, and start working through whatever the day brings. It’s a practical space for a practical business. There’s no lobby with fancy art, just a door with our name on it and a lot of work getting done inside. We like being central like this because it means we’re close to everything, even if the stairs are a bit of a trek when the elevator is full.
