L & T

L & T is right here on Park Street. It’s a busy part of Kolkata and we have been at number 71 for quite some time now. The office isn't anything fancy, it is just a place where we get our work done every single day. Some days the traffic outside is really loud with all the honking, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple around here because we aren't trying to impress anybody. There is usually someone at the front desk if you need to ask a question or drop off papers. It is just a regular workplace with people who know the area. Most of us take the metro to get here or find a spot for lunch nearby when we have time. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing in our daily talk. It is more about keeping files in order and making sure the phones get answered. If you are walking down Park Street, you have probably passed our door a hundred times. That is just how it is for us. We like it that way because it keeps us grounded. No big speeches or fancy posters on the walls here. Just some desks, chairs, and the usual routine that keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break to talk about the weather. It is a good spot to be in the 700016 area. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years, but we stay put at 71.
