At Kutchina Chimney Sales Service, we are based at No. 3/81 Raja S C Mullick Road. Our day usually starts with checking the schedule for installations or repairs. Since we deal with chimneys, there is always some soot or grease involved in the work we do. The shop is more of a base for our technicians than a showroom. We keep a lot of spare parts in the drawers and some display models near the window that probably need a good wipe down. Raja S C Mullick Road is a long stretch and we have been here for a while now. Customers usually call us when their kitchen equipment starts making a strange noise or stops working altogether. We aren't the type to wear suits or give long speeches. We just grab our tool kits and head out to wherever we are needed. Sometimes we are back at the shop late in the evening writing down what we did for the day. The space is a bit cluttered with boxes and old units that people traded in. It is not the most organized place but we know where everything is. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea because the afternoons can get long. We don't worry about being fancy. We just focus on the machines and making sure they run the way they are supposed to for the families nearby.
