Krishna Al-Cast Pvt Ltd is located over at 37/4 Fakir Chand Ghosh Lane in Howrah. We are tucked away in West Bengal, and it is a pretty busy industrial area. We work with aluminum casting, which is a hot and heavy job. Our building isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have the equipment we need to get the work done. The lane can be a bit narrow, so getting trucks in and out takes some skill sometimes. We have been here for quite a while now. The workers know their jobs well and we don't need to hover over them too much. It’s a dirty job, you get soot on your hands and it’s always warm near the furnaces. We don't have air conditioning in the main work area, just big fans that move the hot air around. We produce what our customers ask for and try to keep the quality decent. There is no corporate manual here, just common sense and years of experience in the trade. People in Howrah know the lane well. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’re still here at 37/4. It is just a regular factory where people work hard and go home at the end of the shift. We don't make a fuss about things, we just do the casting work we are paid to do.
