It is a bit confusing for delivery drivers sometimes. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our daily work with the local members. The office isn't anything special to look at. It has some old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time writing in ledgers and talking to people who come in to check on their money. Being on Subhas Nagar Road means there is always something happening outside the window. We mostly focus on helping folks in the neighborhood manage their small savings. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking IDs and filling out forms, but it is important to the people who use us. We don't use fancy titles or wear expensive clothes. We are just regular people who know how to handle the books. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. We don't mind. It gives us a chance to talk more with whoever is in the office. We keep the place tidy, but it definitely feels like a working office, not a showroom. It's just how we like it. We usually pack up around six in the evening.
