Kothari Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the 2nd Floor at 2-B, Grant Lane. If you know Grant Lane, you know it is one of those narrow, busy lanes where history meets business. The building is old, with high ceilings and those heavy doors that have been there for decades. Climbing up to the 2nd floor is our daily exercise. Our office is tucked away from the main noise of the street, but you can still hear the city humming outside. We have a lot of paperwork and ledgers because we like to keep things documented properly. The space is filled with old wooden desks and some newer computers. It’s a mix of the old way of doing things and the new. We aren't interested in being a slick, modern firm. We are comfortable with our setup here. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we are more like a small family than a group of employees. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. Grant Lane is a unique place to work, and being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a vantage point. It’s a solid, reliable place. We don't have a fancy website or a PR team. We just have our office and our reputation among the people we deal with every day. That is enough for us.
