Kolkata Auto Trade

You can find Kolkata Auto Trade over at 203 Goalla Tagore Road in the Alambazar area. It is a busy part of town, and our shop is right in the middle of all that action. We deal with auto parts and trade mostly in things that keep vehicles moving. Every morning the delivery vans pull up and we have to unload boxes of spares and components. The shelves are packed high, and sometimes it takes a bit of searching to find the exact piece someone is looking for. Alambazar is the kind of place where everyone is always in a hurry, so we try to be as quick as we can. My hands are usually covered in a bit of dust or oil from handling the metal parts. We have a small counter where we write out the bills by hand. The street outside is narrow and loud, with rickshaws and trucks constantly passing by. We have a few guys who work here helping to organize the stock and assist the customers who come in from the local garages. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been on Goalla Tagore Road for a good while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we just keep doing our daily routine of checking orders and making sure the inventory is what it needs to be for the people who rely on us.
