Kohinoor Printing

Kohinoor Printing is located at 20/1 on Masjid Bari Street. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you probably know it’s a lively place. Our shop is often filled with the sound of the printing presses running. There is that distinct smell of ink and paper that never really goes away, even after we close up for the night. We have been doing printing work here for years, handling everything from small flyers to larger jobs for the people in the neighborhood. The space is a bit tight because the machines take up so much room, and we have stacks of paper everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we have a system that works for us. Our hands usually have a bit of ink on them by the end of the shift, which is just part of the job. We know a lot of the residents and other business owners on Masjid Bari Street, and they often pop in just to say hello or check on an order. We don’t have any fancy sales pitch; we just do the printing that needs to be done. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend an afternoon fixing them, which can be frustrating but it’s just how it goes. It’s a local shop through and through, and we’re happy to be doing our work right here in the heart of the community every day.
