Knobskart.com is run out of our place at 21/H Gora Chand Road in Entally. We are pretty close to Don Bosco School, which is a big landmark in this part of Kolkata. We sell hardware, mostly knobs and handles, hence the name. It’s an online thing, but we do everything from this physical spot. The space is mostly filled with boxes and bins of different types of hardware. It’s not a showroom where you walk around and look at displays. It’s more of a working warehouse. We spend a lot of time packing orders and checking stock. Sometimes we find a stray screw on the floor, but that’s just part of the job. We started this because we saw a need for better hardware options that weren't impossible to find. We aren't some massive company with a thousand employees. It’s a small group of us trying to get the right products to people. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question about a fit or a finish. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk because, at the end of the day, it's just hardware. We want it to look good and work right. If you’re in Entally, you’ll know the area is a bit crowded and busy, but we like it here. We just keep our heads down and make sure the packages go out on time every day. It’s a simple process of picking, packing, and shipping.
