Our office is over at 11 Brabourne Road. If you know the area, you know it's always crowded and full of life. It’s one of those classic Kolkata addresses where everything is happening at once. Kiswok Industries has been tucked away here for a long time. The building shows its age, but it’s sturdy. We don't have fancy interiors or anything like that. It's mostly just wooden desks, chairs, and some old cabinets filled with records. The stairs are a bit steep. We get a lot of noise from the street—horns honking and people shouting—but it becomes like background music after a while. We’re just a group of people coming in every morning to handle the business. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We talk to each other across the room instead of sending emails for everything. Sometimes we share snacks in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s worked for us so far. We don’t really go for the high-tech look. We just need a place to sit and do our jobs. Most of us have been here for years, so we’re like a small community. It’s just how things are at this end of Brabourne Road. We keep it basic and honest without trying to sound like something we aren't.
