Our place is on N.S Road in Rishra, which is a busy industrial part of Hooghly. If you know the 41/4 plot, that is where we are. It’s a dusty road and there is always a lot of noise from the trucks and the other factories nearby. We’ve been operating from this building for a long time. It’s not a shiny new facility, just a solid old structure that has seen a lot of work. We spend our days mostly on the floor or in the small office area checking orders. Rishra is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the machines and making sure the supplies go out on time. The staff here are mostly local guys who live just a few streets away. We eat our lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in the town. It’s a straightforward life. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the customers happy with what we send them. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves, but that’s just part of the job. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. That’s really all there is to it.
