Khara Trade Centre

We are located at No. 138 Canning Street on the 2nd Floor. This part of the city is very old and the buildings have these high ceilings and big windows. Khara Trade Centre is a busy place where we handle a lot of different trade activities. Being on the 2nd floor means we are a little bit away from the direct chaos of Canning Street, but you can still hear the trams and the vendors down below. Our space is filled with samples and piles of documents. It is not the most organized office, but we know where everything is. We have some old wooden desks that have been with us since we started. The light in the afternoon is quite nice through the windows, though it can get a bit hot. We do not have air conditioning, so we just use the ceiling fans to stay cool. People come and go all day long for business. We have a lot of regular visitors who have been trading with us for years. It is a very direct way of working. We do not spend time on fancy presentations or marketing. We just talk to people and get the deals done. Canning Street is the heart of the trade area, and we are happy to be right in the middle of it at No. 138.
