We are over at P-38, India Exchange Place, right across from Ezra Street. It is a busy spot in Kolkata, mostly because of all the electrical shops around. Khaitan Winding Wire Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this building for quite some time now. If you know the area, you know how it gets during the middle of the day with the traffic and people moving goods around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we handle the winding wire business. Ezra Street is always humming, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the noise from the street comes right up, but you get used to it after a few years. We spend most of our mornings sorting through orders and making sure everything is where it needs to be. The stairs in the building have seen a lot of feet over the decades. It is one of those old-school commercial spots where everyone knows the tea seller at the corner. We don't really bother with big signs or flashy lights. People who need winding wire usually know where to find us. It is just a regular workplace where we keep things moving. We have some old desks and files stacked up, and the walls probably need a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. It’s just how it is down here near the exchange and the busy market.
