You can find Keemee Security & Fire Services on the second floor of 13 Royd Street, right in the Park Street area. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the second floor means we get a bit of a break from the noise of the street, but not much. Park Street always has something going on, whether it's people out for dinner or just the general city rush. We share the building with a few other businesses, so there’s always people coming and going on the stairs. Our office is focused on fire safety and security equipment. We’ve got extinguishers, alarms, and all kinds of safety gear sitting around. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a lot of room for anything that isn't essential. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor has seen better days, but it’s a good spot for us. We spend our time talking to people about fire codes and making sure their equipment is up to date. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail. We aren't into big sales pitches. We just explain how things work and what people need to stay safe. Most of our afternoons are spent doing paperwork or taking calls from clients around the city. It can be a bit of a climb up the stairs if the lift is acting up, but we’re used to it by now.
