Kaushalya Creations Private Limited is tucked away on the 3rd floor of a building at 8/2 Kiran Shankar Roy Road. We are in room number 21. It’s a busy street, like most of the roads in this part of town. The stairs up to the 3rd floor can be a bit tiring if you are doing it several times a day, but it’s good exercise. Our room is just a basic office where we handle the creations side of our textile business. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over fabric designs and paperwork. Kiran Shankar Roy Road is always full of life, and you can hear the cars honking even from the 3rd floor. We like the location because it’s easy for people to reach us once they find the right building number. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of hard work and many cups of tea throughout the day. We focus on the textile work and don't worry much about being fancy. It’s just a regular office where real work happens. Room 21 is where you will find us most days, just keeping the business going.
