Karmakers Creations

Karmakers Creations is situated at 1, Lindsay Street, which is a pretty well-known spot if you spend any time near the old market area. It’s a very busy part of town, always full of shoppers and vendors, so there is never a dull moment outside our door. Our workspace is tucked away inside, providing a bit of a break from all that chaos. We spend most of our time here making things—creations, as the name says—but it’s more of a hands-on, messy process than it sounds. There are scraps of material on the floor and half-finished projects on almost every flat surface. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who know what they are doing and don't mind getting their hands a bit dirty. The building itself has that old-school charm, though the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes. We like being on Lindsay Street because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit much. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. We just have our work and this little space where we get it all done. Most days involve a lot of coffee and trying to stay organized while juggling three things at once. It’s not a perfect system, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just keep doing our thing, one day at a time, without overcomplicating the small stuff.
