Kalyani Govt Engineering College I

This is where we handle some of the administrative things for the college. We are located at D/141 in Baghajatin, which is near the Jadavpur area in Kolkata. It’s an old neighborhood with a lot of character and some very narrow streets that can be tricky to navigate. The office itself is pretty simple and functional. We mostly deal with student records and all the general paperwork that comes through the post office at Jadavpur. It’s not a big fancy campus building, just a normal space where we get the data entries done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or take a break. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but people usually find us eventually. We’ve got a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have definitely seen better days. It is a very local atmosphere here. Everyone knows everyone else on the block, so there's always someone to talk to. We aren't doing anything high-tech in this specific office, just the day-to-day grind of keeping things running for the engineering side of things. It feels like home to most of us who work here. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the stack of papers on the desks. It's a humble setup, but it’s important for keeping the college administrative things moving along. We just do our best every day.
