Our office is tucked away in Samudragarh, right near the Nimtala Bazar area. It is a lively spot because of the market, so there is always noise and people walking by. We are in the Bardhaman district, specifically under the Purbostholy police station limits. Working here means you get to see a lot of what goes on in the village. We opened up this Nidhi company to help out with the local financial needs. It’s not a big operation. We have a small sign out front and some basic furniture inside. Most of our day is spent talking to neighbors and writing down entries in the big registers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they are already at the bazaar for their daily shopping. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we have a good spot that stays relatively cool. It is a short walk from the post office. We’ve been part of this community for a bit, and we know most of the people who walk through our door by their first names. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay organized and helpful to the folks in Samudragarh. It stays busy most days.
