Our office is located way up on the 8th floor of the Central Plaza building. The address is 2/6 Sarat Bose Road, right near Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani. It’s a busy part of the city. Being in Room No 807, we have a bit of a view, but mostly we're just looking at papers and talking on the phone. Kajaria Ceramics Pvt Ltd is a name people know, but here in this office, it’s just a few of us handling the daily operations. We deal with a lot of orders for tiles and ceramics. It can get pretty hectic when a big shipment is coming in. We don't have a big open showroom here since we're in a plaza, it's more of an administrative setup. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the factories and the dealers. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, which is a pain when we're in a hurry. We try to keep things running smoothly, but like any office, there are days when the computers act up or the phones won't stop ringing. We’ve been in this location for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Sarat Bose Road. It’s a lot of work making sure every client gets what they ordered. We don't go for anything too fancy in how we talk. We just do the job and go home to our families at the end of the shift.
