K. R. Lynch & Co.

We are located at 113, Chittaranjan Avenue. This building has been around for a long time, and you can really feel it when you walk inside. The ceilings are high and the hallways are a bit narrow. K. R. Lynch & Co. has been operating from this address for many years now. We deal with medical supplies and instruments, so there are always boxes stacked up in the corners. The street outside is one of the busiest in the area, with trams and cars constantly making noise. It’s a very traditional part of the city. We have old wooden desks and shelves that are sagging under the weight of all our ledgers and catalogs. The staff here is like a small family; most have been here for decades. We don't use much modern technology unless we absolutely have to. We still like writing things down on paper. It gets a bit dusty with the windows open to the avenue, but we like the breeze. Sometimes a customer comes in just to chat because they’ve been buying from us since their father’s time. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to make us look polished. We just open the doors in the morning and do what needs to be done. It’s an old-fashioned way of working, but it suits us and the history of this building on Chittaranjan Avenue.
