We are located at 9, Beadon Street, which is a part of the city with a lot of history and older buildings. Our business, K. N. G. Frost & Company, has been operating from this same spot for quite a long time now. It is not a modern, glass-walled office, but more of a traditional workshop and storefront that feels a bit more lived-in. We focus on refrigeration and various cooling systems, which means our space is often filled with different parts, tools, and machines waiting for repair. It might look a little cluttered to someone walking in for the first time, but we have a system and know exactly where everything is kept. Our team consists of a few technicians who have been with us for many years and really know their way around these systems. We don't spend any money on flashy advertising or big signs; most of our customers come to us because they have known our name for decades. It is a very practical and hands-on kind of business. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and making sure everything is running as it should. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished; we just want to do our work properly and keep our customers satisfied. Being on Beadon Street for so long, we have seen the city change quite a bit, but we just keep focusing on our daily tasks and our machines. It's what we know best.
